Thank you for being patient. We had tentative number’s for the festival
the night it was over, we as a team needed to be certain. This Hopetoberfest was successful in so many ways! From the
2 orphan families we hosted that included food, rides, games and light-up items for 6 kids and four adults to Pastor’s
personal golf cart rides to great food and fellowship, from the Boon County Library bus, to the Rick House Band. From the
craft vendors to the games, and the one and only Joe Walter, to the Hot Dog eating contest! To our sponsors, helpers
and anyone who showed up! A huge thanks
to the planning team, Tim and Glenna Bertsch, Barb Fields, John Blanchard, Shelly Brownell, and Kasey Nicol. In our final note, Hopetoberfest expenses were $ 23,374.56,
our income was $ 30,278.56 for a profit of $ 6,904.00
